Warm up: Box jumps x 20 / Pushups x 20 / Pullups x 20

Every 2 minutes for 30 minutes:

Clean x 1

Front squat x 5

Jerk x 1

Pullup x 5 (strict prefered)

Start the first rep of the workout at at least 70% of your 1 rep clean and jerk max.
