Front squat x 5
Jerk x 1
Pullup x 5 (strict prefered)
Start the first rep of the workout at at least 70% of your 1 rep clean and jerk max.


1. Jerk from blocks: 120,130,140, 140 x 15 fails at least
2. WOD: 225 x 5 rounds, 235 x 9 rounds, 245 x 1 round
