Warm up # 2
1. Max effort Handstand pushups (do regular pushups if you do not have HSPU) x 1 set
2. Max effort Long jump (take 10 minutes to find max)
3. Max effort L sit x 1
4. Max distance handstand walk – take best distance out of 5 attempts. If you can not walk on your hands, you will do max wall climbs in 30 seconds, your score will be your height in feet and inches x your reps (3 attempts allowed) If you are 6 feet and you do 4 wall climbs, your score is 24 feet.
5. Max effort 800 meter run
The goal is to get the highest score possible: reps on HSPU are 1 point each, inches on long jups are 1 point each, seconds on L-sit are 1 point each, feet on handstand walk are 1 point each, and your score on the run is taken from a 6 minute max… if you take 4 minutes to run you get 120 points, if you take 3 minutes to run you get 180 points, if you take 5:59 to run you get 1 point. Get it?
