Warm up # 2

“The Filthy Fifty”

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

Going to a CrossFit gym is fun, and it is cool that you can drop stuff, and yell, and use chalk, and take your shirt off and, talk about eating like a cave man, but there are some things that you should not do even at a CrossFit facility:

1. Drop things that are not made of rubber.

2. Mix pound and kilo plates and then call a trainer over to tell you how much weight is on your bar.

3. Have loud disruptive conversations when someone is trying to teach a class.

4. Not keep a training journal, and expect the trainers to remember how strong you are.

5. Try and use equipment that is needed for class during a class when you are not in class.

6. Kick the chalk bowl over while doing leg swings.

7. Talk to people while they are doing a timed workout.

8. Drop empty barbells – they are not made of rubber.

9. Not put away your equipment.

10. Put things away in a different place then where you got them.

11. Leave the light on in the bathroom when you are not in it.

12. Drop kettlebells – they are not made of rubber.

13. Stand directly in front of someone while they are tring to lift weights and look right in their face and make them really uncomfortable because they can’t move their barbell away from you while they are trying to lift weights.

14. Drop dumbells – they are not made of rubber.

15. Break the chalk into small pieces so that when someone does not follow rule #6 the mess is worse than it needs to be.

16. Chalk your hands next to the chalk bowl instead of over it.

17. Count reps for yourself or for someone else that you know should not count.

18. Count your rounds with chalk marks on the ground.

19. Put anyone down ever.

20. Leave blood anywhere ever.

21. Wear your crusty ass, muddy ass P.T. or Tough mudder shoes in the gym and leave giant ass piles of dried ass mud on the ground that you grind into the mats while doing box jumps.

22. Sit on the medicine balls as if they were made to be sat on so that when you get up it is shaped like an egg instead of a ball.

23. Crunches.

24.  Call the gym a box.

25. Ruin peoples jokes by guessing the punchline and stealing their thunder.
