WOD Thursday November 8th

Warm up with empty bar work:  Heaving snatch balance x 10, Snatch balance x 10, Overhead squat x 10 

1. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1 Power snatch

1 Hang snatch

Try and increase the load for as long as possible. Don’t start with warm up weight either.

2. For time:

20 Hang snatches @ 75 lbs

Run 400 meters

20 Hang snatches @ 75lbs
