2. For time:

225 lb Power clean x 2

205 lb Power clean x 4

185 lb power clean x 6

165 lb Power clean x 8

145 lb Power clean x 10

3. For time: 

100 lb Dumbell snatch x 1 each arm

90 lb Dumbell snatch x 2 each arm

80 lb Dumbell snatch x 3 each arm

70 lb Dumbell snatch x 4 each arm

60 lb Dumbell snatch x 5 each arm

50 lb Dumbell snatch x 6 each arm

40 lb Dumbell snatch x 7 each arm

30 lb Dumbell snatch x 8 each arm

20 lb Dumbell snatch x 9 each arm

10 lb Dumbell snatch x 10 each arm
