2. For Time: 

20 Thrusters @ 75lbs

20 Overhead squats @ 75lbs

20 Front squats @ 75lbs

20 Hang snatches @ 75lbs

20 Push press @ 75lbs

(Anytime you put the bar on the ground you must do 10 lateral barbell jumps, double-count.)

    180 kg back squat x 2 on odd minutes (no belt )
    127.5 kg power clean x 1 on even minutes
    2. Met-con: 4:45 – no jumping
