WOD Monday December 31st

Yo guys, we are only going to offer 6 am classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays until further notice. That means the only 6 am class this week will be on Thursday, cause I’m not gettin’ out of bed after New Year’s eve if you’re not.

Warm up # 23

1. Overhead squat: 5,5,5,5,5

2. Tabata intervals for these 4 movements

Score is lowest round per movement

1. Air squats

2. 20″ Box jumps

3. Hand hops on and off of a 45 lb bumper plate – 1 hop on and off = 1 rep

4. 2 Pood jumping sumo deadlifts
