2. For Time:
100 Overhead lunges @ 95lbs / 63lbs
Every time you drop the bar you will complete wall climbs.
The first time you drop the bar you will do 1 wall climb, second time you drop the bar do 2 wall climbs..and so on. Wall climbs cap at 5.
Anytime the bar is not over your head that equals a penalty.
