    2. 3 rounds: 155 lb cluster x 5 / ring hspu x 5 / 38″box jump x 5 – 6:59

  2. 1. 325, 365, 415, 465 – Unless I count my warmup at 225 I only did 4 sets.
    2. 9 round +4 hang power snatch
