Warm up #10

1. Jerk: 1, 1, 1, 1, 1

2. AMRAP in 16 minutes:

1 Mile Run

Then for the remainder of the time complete as many rounds as possible of:

12 Box jumps @ 20″

8 Push ups w/ feet elevated on 20″ box
