2 Minutes of max reps for each of the following:

Tire Flips

Wallballs

Dumbbell Snatches (both arms = 1 rep)

Russian Kettelbell Swings

Glute-ham Sit ups

(Your score is weight x reps. There will be 1 minute of rest between each station.)
