Warm up #7

1. Back squat: 2 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes @ 80-ish% of your 1 rep max

2. As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

Toes-to-bar

Kettlebell figure 8 (double-count) @ 1.5 pood/ 1 pood

Start at 1 rep each then add 1 rep each round until the 12 minutes is up.
