1 Jerk
3 Back Squats
1 Behind the Neck Jerk
All reps must be completed unbroken. The bar may only rest in the front or back rack position. After completing the first Jerk, the bar should be lowered to the back rack to continue. Rest as needed.
2. For time:
50 Wallballs
25 Pushups
25 Wallballs
50 Pushups
Begin every minute with 5 double leg mountain climbers.
20 minute time cap.
