Starting next Monday, March 4th our evening classes will be changing to 4:00, 5:00, 6:00, & 7:00.
Warm up of your choice
1. Skill work: Single arm overhead squat – any implement may be used. Work on mobility and technique over weight.
2. Tabata air squat followed by 4 minutes of max handstand pushups. Kip ONLY if you can not do strict. Don’t really care how “efficient” kipping is.
