1. Overhead squat: 25 minutes to establish a 1 rep max.

2. 3 rounds for time of:

20 Overhead squats @ 75/53 lbs

20 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 75/53 lbs

  1. 1. snatch every 30 seconds for 5 minutes: 98 kg – 2 misses
    every 1 minute for 5 mintues 103 – only made 4 in 15 minutes
    2. 20 minutes: odd minutes – 375 lb back squat x 2 / even minutes – 122 kg power clean and jerk x 1
    3. todays metcon – 4:17
