Warm up # 25

1. 1 Minute max reps weighted pullup @ 1.5 pood (no kipping)

Rest 2 minutes

1 Minute max reps weighted Pullup @ 1 pood (still no kipping)

Rest 2 minutes

1 Minute max reps strict pullups

Rest 2 minutes

1 Minute max reps kipping pullups

2. Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes:

Power clean x 4

Hang squat clean  x 3

Jerk x 2

Bar Muscle up x 1 or Chest to bar pullups x 4

    2. 185, 195, 205, 205, 215 (pretty stupid idea to go up) last round took 6+ minutes and I had to squat clean
