Warm up # 22

1. Overhead squat: 2 reps every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

2. “Maressa”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 Squat cleans @ 135/95 lbs

10 Lunges @ 135/95 lbs

15 Double unders

  1. 1st WOD in El Paso…..thanks Maressa. 6 rounds. Had to listen to 2 BROs talk about every excuse they could think of that they were not good at oly lifts and then that they thought they could be in the top 100 of all crossfitters…..gotta love working out on post.
