Warm up : Jerk specific warm up
1. Push/Split jerk singles for 25 minutes
2. 3 Rounds for time of:
Dumbell snatch x 10 @ 50/35 % of bodyweight (5 each side)
Single arm dumbell jerk x 10 @ 50/35% of bodyweight (5 each side)
35 /10lb Strict pullups x 10 No Kipping!


1. Behind the neck jerk: up to 140 kg
2. 10:23 with 100lb dumbell
