2. For 20 minutes:
Even minutes: Clean and jerk x 1
Odd minutes: 5 Pullups (choose your style: kipping, strict, weighted kipping, weighted strict)
Way ahead of his time.

Odd Minutes: 120 kg for 9 minutes power clean & jerk, last minute 130 kg clean & jerk
Even minutes: 45 lb weighted non kipping pullup, all sets unbroken
