WOD Thursday May 23rd

Warm up: Glute ham raise x 15 / Good mornings x 15 / Hip bridge x 15

1. For 20 minutes:

Odd minutes : 2 Deadlifts

Even minutes : 3 Bar muscle ups or 6 Chest to bar pullups

2. Get the chalk off your hands

3. 10 rounds for time of:

15 Double unders

10 Double leg mountain climbers

This is the heaviest raw bench press of all time. If you are impressed by this lift, you should be more impressed.
