Tomorrow the gym will be closed. We will be going to an event to raise money for those effected by the tornadoes. Please meet us at the gym at 8am if you would like to go. CrossFit Doom Room Tornado Fundraiser.

2. AMRAP in 10 minutes:

5 Hang Squat Cleans @ 135 lbs / 95 lbs

5 Jerks @ 135 lbs / 95 lbs

Immediately following:

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell Swings @ 1.5 pood / 1 pood

10 Pistols
