WOD Monday September 30th

We are opening this week.

Unit 401 in the DeSoto Square Mall. Right outside of Sears.

1. Back Squat: 3,3,3 – take 85% of your last work set and try and hit 10-12 reps with it (if this is not really hard, then you probably didn’t go heavy enough on your last triple)

2. 3 Rounds for time of:

5 Power cleans @ body weight

4 Front squats @ body weight

3 Jerks @ body weight

    one full snatch
    one hang snatch
    three overhead squats

    1. 90 kilos heaviest complex weight then backed it down to 85 and did 3 sets of the complex
