WOD Wednesday October 2nd

1. For 20 minutes:

On the odd minutes:  1 press, 1 push press, 1 jerk

On the even minutes : Deadlift x 2

On the last minute of the overhead movements do max reps on the press followed by 1 push press and 1 jerk.

On the last minute of deadlifts: Do as many as you can unbroken.

If you pump out more than 3-5 reps on the press, or 5-7 reps on the deaaaadlift you punked out for the first 18 minutes.

2. Max burpees in 2 minutes.

What’s good? over 40. What’s great? 50 +
