1. Power snatch to hang snatch (right above knees) x 10 singles

2. 8 Rounds for time of:

8 Kipping pullups

6 Box jumps @ 30″

4 Handstand pushups (use parallettes if you can)

Notice how only one of the movements was specified to be kipping.

    all reps @ 225 & heavier were full snatches
