WOD Tuesday October 15th

There will be no A.M. classes today as we are closing on our house! 

All afternoon classes running as scheduled. 4 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.

1.  Bench press: 5, 5, 5

2. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

10 Wall balls 

200 meter run

10 Dumbbell snatch (5 each arm) @ 25% body weight

    then 1 @ 90% 1@95% 1@100%

    front squats 1×3 @ 60 1×3@70 3×3 @ 80 255

    bench 3×5 @ 225

    metcon rx’d 7 + 10 wallballs

    the run sucked its chilly here, and running is bad for you
