WOD Thursday May 1st

It is MAY 1st!! Between now and May 5th you can bring a new member to the gym and you each will only pay $50 for the month of May. Or if two new members sign up by May 5th they will also only pay $50 each for the month of May. See everyone soon!!

Warm up: 800 Meter Run

As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes of:

8 Kettlebell Swings @ 1.5 pood / 1 pood

6 Broad Jumps @ 6′ / 4′

Rest 5 minutes

Then AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:

8 Ring Dips

6 Over-head Lunges w/ Kettlebell @ 1.5 pood / 1 pood (switch hands each round)
