As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes of:
8 Kettlebell Swings @ 1.5 pood / 1 pood
6 Broad Jumps @ 6′ / 4′
Rest 5 minutes
Then AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
8 Ring Dips
6 Over-head Lunges w/ Kettlebell @ 1.5 pood / 1 pood (switch hands each round)
