Tonight’s Open Announcement! We will be at the gym tonight at 8 p.m. watching it live! Bring something to share! Open validation will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Please try to come to do the workout during one of these two times.
Warm up: 10 Pull ups, 5 Strict Toes to bar, 10 Pull ups, 5 Strict Toes to bar
8 Rounds for time:
1 Rope Climb (legless if you can)
2 Power Snatch
3 Ab Wheel Roll Outs (standing if you can)
4 Power Clean
*Use same weight for Power Snatch and Power Clean*
Gymnastics Club Workout:
Warm up: 5 Rounds- 1 Wall walk to handstand, 2 Toes to bar
Skill/Strength:
5 rounds for form of- 1 minute handstand hold, 30 sec L-hold, 1 minute ring support hold
Workout:
15 Pull ups
9 Dips
11 Squat Cleans @ 65-85
