HavocFIT: June 1st/3rd

This is the first week of HavocFIT! Super excited for this new class! Lets get fit!!! See you at 9:00 a.m.!

Wednesday June 1st: 

  • 1. Warm up: Group stretch and warm up
  • 2. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1st minute: 15-30 Sec Ab Plank on GHD

2nd minute: 15-30 Sec Back extension hold on GHD

  • 3. As many Rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

Begin with a 500 meter row

Whatever time is left complete as many reps/rounds as possible of:

20 Single leg Mountain climbers

15 Goblet Squats

10 Slam balls

  • 4. Cool down stretch/foam roll

Friday June 3rd:

  • 1. Warm up: Group stretch and warm up
  • 2. Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:

1st minute: 8-10 V-ups

2nd minute: 2-5 push ups

  • 3. For Time:

10-1 of: Burpees

1-10 of: Step up press w/ Dumbbell or Kettlebell (per leg)

(Rounds will be like this: 10 Burpees, 1 Step up press, 9 Burpees, 2 Step up press….so on until you end with 1 Burpee and 10 Step up press)

  • 4. Cool down stretch/foam roll
