Gymnastics November 1st and 3rd

Time to sign up for this months Gymnastics Class! This month we will be focusing on pushing movements! See you Tuesday @ 6 pm!

Tuesday November 1st:

  • Warm up:
    2 rounds
    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 air squats
  • Strength/skill
    HSPU positioning and form
    6×1:00 HS hold
    Free standing HS and HS walking practice
  • Workout:
    3 rounds
    20-Push press
    15-Burpees
    10-Candlestick Pistols

Thursday November 3rd:

  • Warm up:
    2 rounds
    1:00 HS hold
    10 Plank rotations
    10 back extensions
  • Strength/skill
    Push Up work
    EMOM 12 minutes
    Min 1: tricep push ups
    Min 2: wide push ups
    Min 3: narrow triangle push ups

    HS walking practice

  • Workout:
    3 rounds
    8-HSPUs
    16-GHD sit ups
    8-Pistols
