Warm up: Snatch stuff

Every 30 seconds for 5 Minutes ( 0:00 – 4:30 )

1 Hang snatch

@ The 6 minute mark

Every minute for 10 minutes ( 6:00 – 15:00 )

1 Snatch

@ The 18 minute mark

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes ( 18:00 – 28:00 )

1 Snatch

1 – 5 Muscle ups

1 Snatch

* Part 1 should be the same weight for all 10 reps.

*Part 2 should be an increasing load for the 10 reps.

*Part 3 Should be a load that you are confident in successfully snatching for all 12 reps.
