Right # of High Box Jumps
2. For Time:
10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
Glute Ham sit ups (use weight if you like)
Weighted Lunges (barbell or Kettlebells, Per Leg)
*100 Meter Run after every Round
