Warm up: 200 Meter Run/ 100 Ft Bear Crawl
1 . For 5 Sets:
Handstand Walk or Handstand Push ups
10-20 Glute Ham Sit ups
*Rest at least 2 Minutes between each Round
2 . 3 Rounds for Time:
10 Reverse Burpees
20 Box Jump Overs
30 Ball Slams
