5 Box Step ups per leg w/ a Dumbbell or Kettlebell

Right amount of Ab Wheel Rollouts

2 . 3 Rounds for Time:

400 Meter Run

3 Rope Climbs

20 Dumbbell Thrusters

10 Burpee Pull ups
