1 . Push Jerk for the following sets: *Increase weight as you go

2 . Every 2:30 Minute for 5 Rounds:

*2 Minutes to Work, 30 Seconds to Change Weights

Power Clean

Burpee over Bar

(Each Rounds equals 20 reps. 1st Round: 10 Power Cleans, 10 Burpees / 2nd Round: 8 Power Cleans, 12 Burpees / 3rd Round: 6 PC, 14 B, 4th Round: 4 PC, 16 B, 5th Round: 2 PC, 18 B)
