Warm up: 2 Rounds: 50 ft bear crawl / 10 Push ups

1 . Bench Press: 6, 4, 4, 2, 2, 1, 1 *increase weight each set

2 . For Time:

30 Jumping Pull ups

60 Walking Lunges

20 Pull ups

40 Box Step Overs

10 Chest to Bar pull ups

20 Box Step ups

5 Muscle ups

10 Box Jumps
