1 . Every 30 Seconds for 10 Sets:

1 Hang Snatch (Same Weight the whole time)

Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Sets:

1 Snatch (Increase Weight as you go)

2 . For Time:

100 Double Unders

50 Kettlebell Thrusters
