1 . Every 2 Minutes for 6 Rounds:

30 seconds of double unders

3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1 Clean and Jerk (Use Wave Loading)

2 . For Time:

100 Air Squats

100 Sit ups

100 Goblet Squats

100 Kettlebell Swings
