50 Ft Walking Lunges holding dumbbells

Right # of Toes to Bar

2 . Every 2 Minutes for 12 Rounds:

*1 Minute of Work, 1 Minute of Rest*

Rounds 1, 3, 5: Max Reps Power Snatches

Rounds 2, 4, 6: Max Reps Burpees over Bar

Rounds 7, 9, 11: Max Reps Thrusters

Rounds 8, 10, 12: Max Box Jump Overs
