Warm up: 10 Inch Worms / 10 Bench Push ups / 10 Bench Sit ups

1 . 5 Sets: (Increase weight as you go)

5 Seated Dumbbell Press

2 Bench Press

2 . Every Minute on the Minute for 18 Minutes:

1st Minute: Handstand Push ups or Handstand Walk

2nd Minute: Pistol or Step ups

3rd Minute: Calorie Bike
