Overhead Squat

3 Sets of 1:

Front Squat

3 Sets of 1:

Back Squat

*Increase weight every set, you may have warm up sets between each different squat. It should be 3 heavy singles per squat

2 . As Many Rounds As Possible in 6 Minutes:
