2 Single-Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead (2 Per Arm)

4 Lunges w/ Dumbbell in Rack Position (4 Per Leg)

As Many Rounds as possible in 10 Minutes:

10 Pull ups

20 Air Squats

40 Double Unders
