Warm up: 200 Meter Jog / PVC Pull Throughs / 50 Ft Bear Crawl / 10 Ring Rows / 5 Tuck Jumps / Empty Bar Snatch Work

Every Minute on the Minute for 32 Minutes:

1st Minute: 2 Snatches

2nd Minute: 2 High Box Jumps

3rd Minute: Right # of Muscle ups

4th Minute: Right # of Sit ups
