Warm up: 200 Meter Jog / 20 Air Squats / 20 Mountain Climbers/ 10 Sit ups / 10 Push ups

As Many Rounds as Possible in 30 Minutes:

1 Thruster

10 Handstand Push ups

1 Front Squat

10 Box Jumps

1 Thruster

10 Calorie Bike

1 Front Squat
