1 . For 5 Sets:

5 Overhead Squats

20 American Kettlebell Swings

2 . For Time:

200 Air Squats

800 Meter Run

*Break up however you want: example: 4 Rounds of 50 Air Squats and 200 meter run, 8 Rounds of 25 Air Squats and 100 Meter Run
