I feel lucky to have found CrossFit in 2019 after being away from participating and coaching competitive sports for five years.  I coach CrossFit because I truly believe CrossFit is the best way to become not only the fittest version of yourself, but most confident. Teaching someone how to lift a barbell or do a handstand is cool- but watching someone trust themselves more in skill work, push harder and break down barriers in endurance workouts, and crush PR’s in strength workouts simply because they believe in themselves more is why I coach CrossFit. The community at CrossFit Havoc is unlike anything I’ve experienced before, and I could not be more grateful to be a part of it.
