1. Strict press: 5,5,3,3,3
2. 6 rounds for time:
60lb Dumbell snatch x 6 per arm
60lb dumbell thrusters x 6 per arm
60 lb dumbell Push jerk x 6 per arm
So I know that you go to a CrossFit gym, and it is cool that you can drop stuff, and yell, and use chalk, and take your shirt off and, talk about eating like a cave man, but there are some thing that you should not do even at a CrossFit facility:
1. Drop things that are not made of rubber.
2. Kick the chalk bowl over while doing leg swings.
3. Talk to people while they are doing a timed workout.
4. Drop empty barbells – they are not made of rubber.
5. Put things away in a different place than where you got them.
6. Leave the light on in the bathroom when you are not in it.
7. Drop kettlebells – they are not made of rubber.
8. Stand directly in front of someone while they are tring to lift weights and look right in their face and make them really uncomfortable because they can’t move their barbell away from you while they are trying to lift weights.
9. Drop dumbells – they are not made of rubber.
10. Break the chalk into small pieces so that when someone does not follow rule #2 the mess is worse than it needs to be.
11. Count reps for yourself that you know should not count.
12. Put anyone down ever.
13. Leave blood anywhere ever.
14. Crunches
15. Call the gym a box
