1. Find max distance long jump

2. For time:

400 meter run

15 muscle ups

400 meter run

15 Thrusters @ 135 lbs

400 meter run

15 Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 135 lbs

400 meter run

15 Long jumps @ 7 feet

  1. Real butt kicker, Jim. I didn’t have anything to measure my ong jump, though.
    WOD:
    19:28
    Feet on floor Muscle Ups(I’m almost to a legit muscle up)
    95 lb Thrusters and high pulls (I practiced snatches this morning, shoulders were a bit tired)
