You have 16 minutes and 40 seconds to complete as many tasks as possible. Hopefully you will get everything done and get all 1000 points.
1000 feet of wallballs 20/14 – 300 points (100 total reps)
1000 feet of 2 pood rack walk – 300 points
1000 lbs of dumbell snatches for each hand – 200 points (100 lbs x 20 total, 75 lbs x 25 total, 50 lbs x 40 total, 25 lbs x 75 total)
1000 lbs of deadlifts – 100 points (250 lbs x 4, 125 lbs x 8, 100 lbs x 10)
1000 lbs of back squats – 100 points (250 lbs x 4, 125 lbs x 8, 100 lbs x 10)
