2. 6 Rounds for time of:

8 box jumps @ 30″

4 Hang squat cleans @ 155lbs

  1. press 3×3 1, 1 155 165 175 x3’s 185 x1 190×1

    then I took 70% of last single and did 8 reps @ 145

    3×5 weighted pullups then one set of 10 strict pullups
