2 Bar facing burpees
1 Thruster @ 95 / 63
Try and treat each round as an individual effort. Each of the 12 rounds should be a sprint. If you end up going over 2 minutes on any one of the rounds. Take the set of 5 thrusters off of the next round.


Afternoon:
Emotm Power clean into push press
started @ 135 up by 10 lbs each minute got 285 almost got 295
Evening session:
Hang clean up to 315 (pr)
